A Fractured Path

In August 2024, Bangladesh embarked on a democratic transition after the spectacular downfall of a personalistic autocracy following a popular uprising that began in July. A Fractured Path responds to these questions, drawing on the experiences of countries that succeeded or failed in this transition in the past half-century.
